Return Policy

PURPOSE

This policy provides clear guidelines for the return of goods sold by Ashut Engineers to ensure transparency, fairness, and customer satisfaction while safeguarding company interests.

SCOPE

This policy applies to all goods sold by Ashut Engineers, whether purchased directly, through showrooms, or via authorized distributors.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required for all returns.
  • Custom-made or specially ordered products (e.g., customized furniture, bespoke wraps) are non-returnable.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

  • Customers must report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Upon inspection, defective or damaged items may be replaced, repaired, or refunded at no additional cost to the customer.

INSPECTION & RESTOCKING FEE

  • All returned goods are subject to inspection by Ashut Engineers’ Quality Assurance team.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

  • Approved returns qualify for either:
    • Exchange with a similar or equivalent product,

      OR

    • Refund (processed within 14 business days after approval).
  • Refunds will be made using the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.

NON-ELIGIBLE RETURNS

  • Goods damaged due to misuse, mishandling, poor maintenance, or alterations by the customer.
  • Items returned without original packaging or documentation.
  • Clearance sale or discounted items (sold on a final sale basis).

MANAGEMENT DISCRETION

Ashut Engineers reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns, refunds, and exchanges.
