Ashut Engineers has two key showroom locations in Kenya—at Nyahera Road, Off Lunga Lunga in Industrial Area and at Binaa Complex in Karen, opposite Hillcrest School. These are supported by our Nairobi-based factory and distribution facilities that enable countrywide operations.

Luxewrap is a premium brand under Ashut Engineers that offers high-quality vinyl wrap films for interior renovation. These self-adhesive films come in various textures and colors and are ideal for transforming kitchens, furniture, walls, and more.

How can I place an order with Ashut?

 Orders can be placed through direct showroom visits, via our sales contacts (phone or email), or by reaching out through our website. We also offer project consultations and custom solution
proposals for corporate, institutional, and government clients.

Do you provide delivery services?

 Yes, Ashut Engineers offers delivery services across Kenya and East Africa. Delivery charges depend on distance, quantity, and product specifications.

How long does it take to receive an order?

 Standard items are typically delivered within 5–10 business days. Custom-built orders may take between 3–6 weeks, depending on the complexity and materials involved.

Payments & Returns

What payment options are available?

We accept bank transfers, official purchase orders, and M-Pesa payments. For corporate clients, customized payment terms can be discussed based on project scope and engagement terms.

What is your return policy?

 Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or product deviations from the agreed specification. Custom-made items are non-returnable. All issues must be reported immediately upon delivery or assembly.

Warranty & After-Sales Services

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All Ashut-manufactured products include a warranty against manufacturing defects. The duration depends on the product category and will be communicated at the time of sale.

Do you offer product installation or assembly services?

 Yes, we provide free on-site installation and setup for items that require assembly. Our team ensures proper and secure installation, especially for large institutional or corporate projects.
